NVIDIA’s AI Summit in Mumbai will feature CEO Jensen Huang discussing AI’s impact. The event, October 23-25, includes sessions on AI’s role in various industries.

The NVIDIA AI Summit India is set to take place from October 23 to 25 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. This event aims to convene the leading minds in AI to discuss India’s approach to addressing global challenges, according to the NVIDIA Blog.

One of the summit’s highlights is a fireside chat on October 24 with NVIDIA’s founder and CEO, Jensen Huang. During this session, Huang will share his insights on the transformative role of AI in reshaping industries and recognize India’s emergence as a global AI leader. He will be joined by Mukesh Ambani, chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries.

India’s AI Journey

India’s advancement as a global AI leader is largely attributed to its efforts in developing AI infrastructure and foundational models. NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platform plays a significant role in this progress, boasting a 100,000-fold increase in energy efficiency for processing large language models over the past decade.

The summit will focus on key topics such as building AI infrastructure with NVIDIA’s advanced GPUs, leveraging foundational models for Indian languages, and nurturing innovation within India’s startup ecosystem. The event will also emphasize the importance of upskilling developers to position India’s workforce at the forefront of AI innovation.

With over 4,000 employees across six locations in India, NVIDIA is pivotal to the country’s rapid AI advancements.
